Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Signal Raise account and all associated personal data at any time. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

✓Your account profile, email address, and authentication credentials
✓Your company profile, pitch deck, and all uploaded files
✓Your investor pipeline, email drafts, and outreach history
✓Your connected email credentials (SMTP/OAuth tokens)
✓Your inbox threads and messages stored in Signal
—Billing records may be retained as required by law. Investor research data contributed to Signal’s shared database is retained in anonymized form.

Connected Google account

If you connected your Gmail via Google OAuth, deleting your Signal account will remove our stored OAuth tokens. To also revoke Signal’s access to your Google account directly, visit:

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your Signal Raise account. We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete deletion within 30 days.
